Living with a liberal

Being in a classroom that contains a variety of political beliefs can be daunting, but it is still entertaining.

I never thought that people would ever challenge my political views with their beliefs, but being challenged daily by people in my journalism class has taught me to understand other people’s ways of thinking and to give them a chance to explain why they think a certain way.

Most people recognize me as a strong conservative, which is a statement that I would agree with, but I usually intentionally stir the pot when it comes to politics.

I am extremely passionate about my ways of the way things should be, and the way that they will be after my beloved President Donald J. Trump betters our America.

It is not easy to deal with people with opposite views, but it presents a challenge that can only call for the strongest of Republicans.

Over time, I have found that the best way to cope with someone of this nature is to just listen to what they have to say and remind yourself that everyone does not think the same way that you do.

I am never going to hate someone that acts reasonable towards me. I feel that some people can be enlightened on the way that the country should be if you just use some common sense.

So whether or not you are on the left or right, just keep in mind that everyone is different, and always research the facts in order to provide a valid argument.
