Students love to express themselves and show their creativity.
Some schools allow students to do this by painting their parking spots.
Every student has different interests and by being able to show them, other people can get to know them better.
Students being able to customize something on their own at school makes it a much more positive environment and makes them feel more at ease.
Especially since most people don’t decorate lockers anymore.
Unfortunately, Chapman does not currently permit this.
Most student drivers wish they could add personality to the parking lot and make the school a better place.
Some things could go wrong with this activity, such as inappropriate drawings.
But that can be avoided simply by checking everyone’s parking spot designs and possibly charging a fine for people who paint something that goes against the school’s rules.
Another problem that can be fixed is people not removing their paint at the end of the year.
You can ensure that the parking lot will be free of paint at the end of the year by implementing a “cleaning” fine for students who decide not to remove their drawings.
Someone’s senior year in high school is significant to them, and students want to make their last year at Chapman special.
Being able to paint your parking lot, especially in your senior year, would be an amazing opportunity. Students would be able to make amazing memories and leave their mark at school for a year.
When a student driver comes to school, they will be able to recognize their parking spot very quickly, which helps reduce traffic.
It will also prevent people who don’t have parking permits from parking at school.
Overall, students being able to paint their parking spots makes the school a happier and more positive environment.
