A job well done by the Panorama staff
As we all reflect back on this past year, let’s not forget the ones who have been there to capture every minute of it for us: the “Panorama” yearbook staff. The staff has been anywhere and everywhere all school year gathering their library of photos. They have been to every event, game or show that Chapman has held. Most of the time, you might not have even known that they were there.
The staff has put in countless hours of work since before the school year even started. They have been prepping, planning, collecting photos, and putting together layouts to give us the book that we all held in our hands for the first time on Friday, May 6th.
“We were really excited about this year’s book because at the beginning of the year, we had concerns of whether this year would look normal or not, but as we got into the spring things started to get back to normal,” said yearbook advisor Alex Hollis.
The entire staff is proud to know that all of their hard work has paid off. The past few years have been really hard on everyone due to COVID-19, and Chapman hasn’t been able to hold an assembly or a proper yearbook day for the school since before everything shut down. This year, everyone is proud and excited that we all got the chance to gather in the gym to celebrate the yearbook and its staff.
“Getting to have the assembly to reveal the book was really special for all of us because it has been so long since we have been able to gather as a student body,” said Hollis.
