Chapman’s school lunches are worth eating
Chapman’s lunch is surprisingly exceptional.
The stereotypical idea of school lunch is considered nasty and occasionally called “horse meat,” but our school’s lunchroom has many options including pizza, burgers and salads everyday.
In the past years, school lunches have been given strict rules on what can and cannot be given to students.
As a child, eating lunch in elementary school was always something to look forward to. The lunch ladies would make cookies and tons of other great homemade things.
However, new laws have been passed in America that makes the school’s lunches as healthy as possible. According to the USDA’s website, “The new standards align school meals with the latest nutrition science and the real world circumstances of America’s schools. These responsible reforms do what’s right for children’s health in a way that’s achievable in schools across the Nation.”
Chapman does a great job making foods that are healthy but still taste good. The many choices also make eating there something to look forward to.
So get in the Chapman cafeteria and enjoy the great food.
