Carlie Proctor-Smith, Staff Writer (Fall 2023)
Carlie Proctor Smith is a 14-year-old freshman staff writer at Chapman High School. This is her very first semester on The Prowl. She thoroughly enjoy, hanging out with her friends, talking on the phone with her cousins, scrolling on social media and traveling. In her free time, she participates in Delta Gems. She is also in theater and is excited to grow her writing skills in this class.
