Online streaming has become a dominant form of media in the past few years. In 2015, the number of people who stream online was 213.2 million.

People all around the world use online sites to watch movies and TV.

In one study, Netflix had a whopping 83 million subscribers.

Netflix has become one of the most subscribed sites since its start of online streaming in 2007.

The site provides a wide variety of movies and tv shows for its watchers.

The immense amount of people that have subscribed to the platform and others such as Hulu and Amazon Prime show that streaming is the newest form of watching movies and TV shows.

Netflix has become even bigger than just a streaming site; now it is creating its own movies and TV shows. Shows such as “Stranger Things,” “House of Cards,” and “The Get Down” have proven successful for the service.

Online streaming is becoming, in my opinion, the best way to watch TV. The library of films and TV shows is larger than cable, and some of these sites do not have commercials. Even though Netflix and Hulu both have extra costs, no commercials and expansive library outweigh cable.

I love both TV and movies, and online streaming has allowed me to be able to watch a multitude of movies and TV shows that I would never be able to see if I rented them from a store or a library.

Streaming is far superior than cable and will remain dominant for a long time.
