MayLeigh Chapman, Staff Writer
MayLeigh Chapman is a freshman here at Chapman. She enjoys playing with her dog, goats and cats. She also loves training her horses and rodeoing. She does four events in rodeo: barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying and breakaway roping. Her horses names are Betty and Bella -- Bella is a 15-year-old Quarter horse, and Betty is a 10-year-old Quarter horse. MayLeigh is looking forward to furthering her journalism skills through newspaper, and she hopes to make a difference in both the students at Chapman High and people in the community.
